JAMES VINCENT AT RUBY ROOM

Ruby Room is excited to welcome back our friend and makeup artist extraordinaire, James Vincent. He will be at Ruby Room from November 19-21 to lead a professional makeup artist training and will be available for a limited number of appointments with Ruby Room clients.

Throughout his career, James has played an integral role in the launches of many high end cosmetic lines, including Urban Decay, Stila, L'Occitane and Alchemy Cosmetics. He has worked with both regular folk and celebrities alike, including Gina Gershon, Bijoux Phillips, Jane Fonda and Liv Tyler. His work has appeared on the runways of London, Los Angeles and New York City for varied designers. He has also consulted for clients on television including American Idol, Good Morning America, The Today Show, CNN, Fuse, MTV, BBC and BET. James is also an Educator for The Powder Group, a professional organization that recently hosted the Artist Summit here in Chicago. The Powder Group is a collection of makeup artists and experts from every area of the beauty industry who are pursuing their passion for the creation, art and education of makeup and beauty products. They have hosted events for industry professionals, students and product creators in New York, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles.
